Hello!
I‘m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, shared, 4-bedroom house just off Iffley Road (near the Co-op). You would take over my lease from November 1, 2024, for the remainder of the contract until the end of August 2025. At that point, it is usually possible to renew the lease.
The room is on the 1st floor, overlooking the garden. It comes with a double bed, cupboard and drawers. I‘m happy to leave some of my additional furniture (e. g. desk, shelves) if needed.
The house is very spacious and features a large kitchen, a beautiful conservatory dining room, a living room, two bathrooms, a spacious back garden (with a shed where you can store your bike), and a front garden with raised beds for growing vegetables. The house is a short 10-minute cycle from the city centre/science area, and several great shops and cafes are just around the corner. Bus stops for ST1, which goes towards Harwell Campus, are located at the end of the road.
You will be sharing the house with three lovely female professionals/DPhil who are friendly, clean, veggie/vegan and environmentally conscious. For council tax reasons, we are ideally looking for another professional.
