Single/double room available for short term

Hello,

I'm a professional and live in this new and lovely fully furnished apartment, with central heating, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms, bike shed and great location as it is quiet area but at walking distance to the shops of Cowley centre.
I'm looking for someone to rent for short term one of the rooms of my apartment, then if you are a couple you can rent the double room and the price would be 800 +bills, happy to show the place if interested. Council costs per month are 220£. Bills are around 200£ per month per room.
