SUBLET - Single Room Available

Hey! I'm subletting a cozy single room in my friendly house, available from 21st October to 15th December (Dates negotiable). The house has a huge kitchen with two cookers, so there's plenty of space for everyone to cook without getting in each other's way.

We’ve got a lovely garden and a big backyard where you can chill out – and if you smoke, that’s the perfect spot since no smoking is allowed indoors.

The location is super convenient, all the shops you need are just a 5-minute walk away, so popping out for groceries or anything else is quick and easy

The house is shared with some really easygoing, respectful flatmates, and we split the bills (utilities, internet, etc.) equally between us. If you're looking for a relaxed, friendly place to stay short-term, this might be just what you need!
