Double Room near Florence Park

A small double room in a house with 1 live in landlord, ideally located for local transport connections and amenities.

I am looking to find a friendly tenant to lodge in my spare-room for a short-medium term let, the room is open for professionals and PHD students.

I am a sociable person and keep myself entertained with lots of things from playing board games, Tennis and a bit of dancing. I am looking for a considerate housemate who has a similar energy and is tidy in shared areas.

The room is a double room with plenty of storage space - large chest of drawers, a wardrobe and space underneath the bed. You will have access to the rest of the house, where there is additional storage space in the Living Room and Loft. There is also outside storage for bikes.

The house has a Living/ Dining room, a Kitchen and a single bathroom, and a large south-west facing garden.

The house is ideally located, near to several main bus routes; Cowley Road, Iffley Road and Florence Park, which take 5-15 minutes to walk to. The Templar Square Retail Park and Shopping Centre is less than a 10-minute walk away, which have plenty of shops and gyms to pick from.

The Kitchen – comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, combi microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, a slimline dishwasher (which I use a lot), and a small breakfast bar.

The living room has two sofa’s a 4K TV, and an extendable table which I use when I have more friends over to play board games, and some shelves which will be available for you, to keep board games (encouraged), books, whatever you choose.

I have superfast internet (500mb fibre) so there should be no connection issues.

The 3rd bedroom in the house is currently used as a laundry drying room, where there is a de-humidifier.
