Double Room In Shared House Available

I’m moving out of my room in a shared house with two other PhD students. It’s a clean and friendly house in a perfect location in Cowley close to shops, bars, restaurants. The room is the smallest but still a double with plenty of storage space (the rent is adjusted accordingly so it’s available for a great price). Bills are not included but come to around £60/70 per month. House has a large living room, two bathrooms with showers and a decent sized kitchen. Room is available from 16th of December so happy to negotiate payment depending on when you’d like to move in. The current rental agreement is up until Sept 2025 (£2500 per month) but this could be extended beyond providing you find more housemates to move in.
