Room Available to rent for 5 weeks at Cowley

A spacious double room is available for 5 weeks as I am visiting my home town during that period, from the 9th of December to the 12th of January. The rent is 625£ for the whole duration (5 weeks), including all bills. It is very close to both universities, and the bus stand is very close to the house to go to the city center.

We are four PhD students of Oxford University, renting the whole property, having 4 double rooms, sharing two toilets (including showers), a kitchen, and a massive living room. We have a big garage (to park your bike) and a parking space in the front. Most people would be in their lab during the daytime (it would be quiet) and very friendly to watch TV in the evening and have dinner together but respect each other's space.

This room is ideal for a student or professional, visiting Oxford for their study or internship or people planning not to leave Oxford after the term finishes.
