Cosy Double Room in OX4

I have a small furnished double room available in my sweet little 2 bedroom house with a lovely, wild garden in a friendly street in OX4 . If you fancy a spot of gardening that'd be very welcome!

Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room. £750 per month (inclusive of bills). It's a 10 min walk to shops/gym in Templar Square. We have direct regular buses to town or by bike it's 20 mins or walk in 40-50mins. We're 20m walk from the river. There is a locked alleyway for bikes and on-street parking, but you’d need to get permits.

I'm afraid this room won't work for people working from home 5 days per week.

I work at Oxford university in admin and am also studying, so though I'm pretty friendly and enjoy the alongsideness of housesharing (kitchen/living room chats/sharing occasional food/film) I'm quite busy and appreciate my own space, early nights and a calm and peaceful house.

With me and the house comes Rosie, the black cat – she’s sassy and funny, affectionate (though always on her own terms).
