Large double room for sublet in December

Hiya, my double room is available for short-term sublet in my shared house on Cowley Road. Available from 6th December 2024 to 5th January 2025. Dates are negotiable but someone who can take the whole month is preferred.

Rent is £775 pm including bills = £25 per day.

The room is the master bedroom on the first floor. Furniture included (bed, mattress, wardrobe, 2xchest of drawers, small desk). I am moving out and will be taking the rest with me.

The other housemates are four lovely guys doing PhDs (Health Data Science, Economics, 2x Maths). They’re friendly, tidy and regularly hang out together. There’s a rotating cleaning rota that you will have to join but it’s not too much hassle - just a small chore each week.

The house has two bathrooms and two toilets (4 total). The kitchen has two fridge-freezers, washing machine and dishwasher. The house was renovated one year ago.

15-18 minute walk to Carfax Tower. House also has a bikestand.
