Small Cosy Room in 5 Bed House - Cowley - 570

Hi there!

Sadly, I will be moving out at the begining of December. The room could be available as early as the 5th of December, but could be slightly flexible on the move-in date (a few days later).

We are a household of 2 PhD students and 3 professionals, from all places aorund the Globe, working/studying in different feilds. Currently in our household, we have a Greek (George) studying Biology, a German (Stefanie) in Maths, an italian (Antonio) in A. I., ecuadorina (Pablo) in Political Science and myself, a Canadian (David) in Physics.

Students also welcome; provided you are okay with sharing the council tax) living just off St Clements street near South Park. We are looking for someone to join our friendly household, we like to cook dinners together or hang out, play sports, watch films, you name it!

You’d be living in a house with a cosy living room, beautiful bright kitchen and conservatory, 2 bathrooms and a big garden.

The Room available is a relatively small but cosy room with a double bed, chest of drawers, 2 shelves, and a wardrobe.
Bills: gas, electricity, internet, cleaner, council tax. Roughly 110£ per month.
