✨ Located on the first floor, this spacious double room is fully furnished and thoughtfully set up. It features large windows with stunning views of greenery, and you'll enjoy beautiful sunsets right from your space.
✨ The room is large enough for comfortable living and working. It currently includes a working area, a bed, and a cosy relaxation area with a sofa and coffee table – perfect for remote work or unwinding after a long day.

About the House:
🏡 Our 3-storey house has a bright, modern kitchen that opens to a garden, perfect for morning coffee or weekend brunches. The house was recently renovated (late August), so everything feels fresh and new, including soft carpets, a brand-new fridge, and a shiny new microwave.
🛁 There are 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, shared among lovely housemates who keep the space clean and organized with a rotating cleaning schedule (every 4 days)

Location Highlights:
🌟 Conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from various shops, including Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury's, TK Maxx, Asda, Tesco, M&S, and Pure Gym.
🌟 Nature lovers will appreciate being close to Shotover for hiking adventures or riverside walks near the golf club – perfect for a weekend escape into nature.

About Your Future Housemates:
👥 The current tenants are a friendly group of recent master’s graduates (3 guys and 2 girls). We all knew each other before moving in, and the vibe was respectful and relaxed. Everyone chips in to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
🎉 It’s not a party house, but we enjoy hanging out and having good conversations when schedules align.
