Sadly, our housemate will be moving out on the 20th of November and the room will be available immediately.
You’ll be sharing the space with one PhD student from Oxford and three working professionals. Everyone’s friendly and independent, keeping the house quiet and relaxed. The shared spaces are comfortable, including a kitchen, and a backyard with an outbuilding.
There is one bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet.
Additional Bills: Around £100 per month, covering roughly:
- Council tax (~£41)
- Internet (£6)
- Gas & electric (~£20, varies seasonally)
- Water (~£10)
