You’ll be sharing the house with three other friendly DPhil students: Nico, Daniel and Otso, who enjoy cooking together, watching documentaries and playing video games.
Happy to find a move in date that works for both of us but ideally you would take over the contract from January. The room is £895 per month with shared bills typically around £50 per month in winter.
