House Share City end of the Cowley Rd.

One large furnished double room will be available from 9th of December or soon after in our friendly house share near central Oxford.

The house:
A large clean and tidy Victorian House, with five bedrooms, spread over four floors with a modern, communal kitchen, living and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms; one with a shower, one with a bath with shower over bath, and a separate toilet. There is a utility/laundry area, and a large back garden that gets lots of sun during the day (also ideal for bbqs!).

The house is very well located at the city end of the Cowley Rd, within a few minutes’ walk from the Plain roundabout and St Clements. We’re about 10-15 minutes’ walk from the city centre, and bus stops for train station, London, and the main airports are 3-4 minutes away.

The room & rent:
This spacious double bedroom located on the ground floor will become available in December. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and chair. It also has a sink, which can be very useful. The rent is £885 pcm and includes all utility bills: gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence, broadband, gardener, and a weekly clean of the communal areas. A private landlord owns the house. The minimum tenancy is 6 months - short let’s will not be considered.

The current housemates are two women and two men. We are all professionals aged between 23-32 years old who get along well. We're looking for a housemate (professionals preferred!) who is outgoing and friendly, as well as tidy and considerate.
