Large double room - sublet for a month

I have a large double room to let from the 15th of December to the 13th of January. All bills and internet (500 mbps) are included.

The room is on the ground floor and has a double bed, drawers, a wardrobe, a desk, and bay windows, so it gets a good amount of daylight.

The house has a lounge room, a kitchen, a shared bathroom with shower and a second shared toilet. It also has a backyard and driveway. The house has 5 bedrooms in total.

The house is just around the corner from Cowley Road, with lots of pubs, cafes and shops. It is also right next to South Park, which is a very nice spot to watch sunset over Oxford.

It is also walking distance from the centre of Oxford, and there are plenty of buses nearby on St Clements Road and Cowley Road as well.

Usually there are 4 flatmates (three male and one female, three students and one professional), however some will be away over the holiday period.

I am looking for someone to take the room for the majority or all of the 15/12/2024-13/01/2025 period, and who is tidy and respectful of common spaces.
