Double room to let in Cowley :)

Hi! My name is Tim and I'm renting out a double bedroom in my shared flat in Cowley!

The room has a king sized bed, wardrobe, and armchair, as well as access to the living room and kitchen which will be shared with me, your new housemate :)

The property is furnished with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, so while this room isn't en suite, the lodger will have exclusive access to the main bathroom (pictured) unless visitors are here, so the bathroom will not be shared the rest of the time. The other bathroom is en suite and attached to my bedroom.
The shared spaces include the living/kitchen area, where cutlery/plates/pots and pans are provided and available for use. There is a washer-dryer which is available to use, but there isn't a dishwasher I'm afraid.
There is a lovely view of Oxford golf club's course from the balcony as well, so while there isn't a garden space, it is a very quiet area in a well lit street.
There isn't a designated parking space, but there are spaces and spots dotted around in case. There is a bike shed on site with a coded lock and spaces to lock your bike in as well if you have one. There's easy public transport links into town and to the hospitals via bus and electric scooters.
The tenancy can be up to 6 months to begin with, but I'm open to longer/shorter terms depending on how things go.

Bills are included in the monthly rent (water, gas, electric and broadband), with the exception of Council Tax (the property is band D - the lodger will be responsible for paying their council tax).

About me
I'm a friendly sports enthusiast who is working on making my cooking a lot better, but my paella is pretty good! I work in the sports sector, and work from home most of the time. I love watching sports, movies, new TV shows, playing board games, and like getting outside and being active in my spare time! My parents live nearby and have a dog who occasionally visits (very friendly, but not jumpy, 2 year old black Labrador), but he isn't around too much. Hopefully this is alright, but he's not here most of the time!
I'd love to have someone stay here who's interested in sharing in some of these hobbies, but don't worry, it's not a deal breaker! If you work for the NHS in the hospitals in Oxford, a small discount on monthly rent can be considered as well.
For re-assurance, I can ask a previous lodger to provide a personal reference about their time in the room and what it's like getting around town!
