Double room for rent in Cowley-friendly household!

We have a space opening in our shared house at the beginning of February up until August 2025. It’s a 4 bed, 2 bath house just north of Magdalen road, and rent is £625 pm. A little about us - we are 3 gals, two of whom in the fourth year of our PhDs and one master’s student. We are all pretty social and like spending time together in the evenings, often watching bad rom coms or reality TV, or sometimes attempting cryptic crosswords - usually a couple of times a week. We also try to organize house dinners/pub outings semi frequently. That being said we are very respectful of each others alone/away time, with a mixture of people working from home or from the department.
we're looking for another girl to join us, and would love to find someone who's lgbtq+ friendly, keen to join in with housemate festivities (but won't put us to shame when crosswording) and respectful of everyone's space.
This is a student only let and therefore council tax is not applicable.
