This is a large, furnished double room in Temple Cowley available to rent from February 1st 2025.

I am moving to be closer to work, so you will be taking over my contract, which lasts until September 1st 2025. If you're interested in staying after then, you can renew.

The room comes with a bed, two wardrobes, two chests of drawers, desk, chair, ironing board and mirror There is a WC just outside the room, and a bathroom (shared with two other tenants) down the hallway. Shared living room, dining room and kitchen, with a very large garden. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer all included in the kitchen. Space in bike shed available too.

All bills included (council tax, WiFi, gas, electric), as well as a cleaner for communal spaces 1x weekly. Street parking available for approx 70 pounds per year.

Current housemates are all professionals from ages 24-30, all very sociable, considerate and easy to get along with. They like watching films, going to the pub, art and cooking.
