We're looking for someon to join this lovely 5 bed house in Cowley!

I'm Nina (she/her, 27) - I work in admin and am a law student, and I love reading, dancing, and growing many plants. My partner is Cam (she/her, 26) - a charity volunteer who is also a history nerd and excellent cook.
We're looking for social, clean and lgbtq-friendly flatemates to create a welcoming home environment in this HMO. Must be willing to pay equal share of council tax (split between all 5).

1 full size shower (upstairs)
2 toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs)
2-car driveway + spacious garden for bikes
Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2x fridges + a freezer, gas hob
Rooms come with double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, bookshelf and desk.
Lovely back garden with big French double doors
Near to several pubs (with amazing pizza), cute shops and 3 min walk to Magdalen Road bus stop, 10 min walk to Tesco on Cowley Road, 12 min bike to city centre
Dates and Bills
Move in: August
Contract: Yearly (long term let)
Deposit of 5 weeks rent (approx £750 each, tbc by agents) due on confirmation of signing of contract
Rent £3500 pcm total, so around £700 each
Bills £110 (roughly, could vary with cost of living & with season)
- council tax (band D - approx 50 pounds)
- WiFi (approx 8 pounds)
- energy (approx 30 pounds)
- water (approx 14 pounds)

Couples welcome if you take two rooms and pay equal split of rent and bills - 700 pounds each.
