Double Room For Rent - Magdalen Road

We have a good sized, furnished double room available, in a 3-bedroom house. The current tenant is moving out, and we are looking for a replacement to share the house with the remaining 2 of us. We are 2 friendly mid-20s professional women, seeking a young professional or graduate student housemate, to move in at the end of April 2025.

The house is in a great location, being only a 35-minute walk or 15-minute cycle from the city centre, and easy access to main bus routes. We have a cosy communal living room and share the kitchen and bathroom between the 3 of us. Magdalen Road is full of lovely shops and cafes, and there are loads of great pubs nearby. We love living here! 💛
