Subletting Room in Cowley

Hello!

I am subletting my room in a five bedroom house in central Cowley between 15th June and early September (2.5 months).

Double bedroom on the ground floor, shared kitchen, two shared bathrooms, living room and garden.

There are four other housemates who are all postgraduate students (and very friendly!)

Preference for a student but most important thing is someone who is tidy and respectful! We have a really chilled, quiet house so would like to keep it like this for everyone :)

£600 per month including bills
