Hi, I am the Landlord of 32 Bullingdon Road which has 3 ensuite funked-up Studio Rooms. It is available now.

There is a large Bedroom/Living Room and ensuite Shower Room. All brand new (Summer 2024).

The house has a new kitchen, shower room and flooring. All been repainted.

The room is available now with super speedy move-in. Only one person per room please. Single occupancy and no couples. This is a Council requirement.

✅ This house is very close to Cowley Road.

Bills are not included but I would estimate £15 a week for Gas/Electric and Water.

The studio rooms are furnished with double bed, wardrobe, headboard, desk and sofa. Anything else you might need we can chat about it on the viewing.

To move in you will need to sign your e-sign tenancy agreement. You will need to pay a 5 week deposit and one month rent.

The minimum length of tenancy is 6 months but you can stay as long as you want.

IMPORTANT - I don't do any credit reference checks but you will need a home-owning guarantor to sign a document guaranteeing your rent before moving in. Someone who owns a house in England or Wales. A friend or work colleague or family member. I don't mind.

This is my bank requirement and I can't change it, unfortunately.

For Students without a guarantor we are happy to accept a Pre-Paid Rent Certificate from Cusdos com.

To reserve this room I ask for a 1 week holding payment which then goes towards your first months rent. You can pay this online, via bank transfer or in cash at the viewing. I am happy to send you a link to reserve the room.

Please note the couples are not allowed as it is only single occupancy. One person per room.
