A lovely, generously sized double room is available for rent in our home. It comes fully furnished, with all bills, except electricity and gas, included in the monthly rent. Short lets possible and we are flexible with tenancy contracts and terminations.

We are hoping to find a mature, professional or student to share our home with - someone who enjoys a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and treat our home with respect.

We also have a fully equiped kitchen that the tenant is welcome to use. We have 2 bathrooms to share between the 3 of us.
The house comes with a garage, a south facing garden and a bike rack.

The location is great, with a grocery shop just around the corner, and easy walking distance to the BMW Mini plant and Oxford Business Parks. Plus, getting into the city centre is only a 25 min bus commute, or a 15-20 min bike ride.

Rent will be 680£ including council tax, broadband, water and a bi-weekly professional house clean.
Electricity and gas will be split 3-ways and it will be roughly around 70-80£/month/person.

There is off-street parking that requires a parking permit daytime, which is around 50£ a year.
