Spacious 4-bed share in Cowley - 2 rooms

Hello! We’re three professionals (2 males, one female) looking for 2 friendly new housemates to share our lovely, quiet home in Cowley.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 1 shower, and sits on the quiet Belvedere Road, just off Cowley Road. You’ll be only five minutes from a Co-op, cafés, restaurants and pubs, and about a ten-minute cycle from the city centre — this will be great for anyone working or studying in Oxford. The house is newly renovated and many of the appliances are new too. There is a bike storage shed and a fairly large back garden.

A bit about us: one of us works at the University of Oxford and the other is a systems engineer in Kidlington. We’re relaxed, tidy and easygoing people who like running, salsa, and the occasional trip to the park or pub.

We’re hoping to find two friendly, considerate housemates who like a chilled, clean home and enjoy a chat in the kitchen now and then.
