Cosy double rooms in central location

We are currently in need of two new flatmates to take over our top floor and basement floor garden facing rooms. Both comewith a set of fixed shelves, a desk, double divan bed and mattress, plus plenty of storage space in the room and around the house if needed.

The house has one kitchen between the 6 of us (can get crowded at times but works well) with 2 fridge freezers, a microwave and a washing machine. Other shared spaces include a living room, and a utility room with a recently replaced washing machine and dryer. The house also has two showers and two toilets. We do have a garden though at present is a little overrun - this may change soon! Outside of the basement room is a little patio area with some chairs and a table - we don’t currently use this area but could be used by new tenant.

The household is made of 4 tenants currently - we are a friendly house and we all have our own lives, hobbies and friends. Those looking to move into a house of close friends may not find this house suitable. With that being said we do like a pub quiz every now and then whenever we are all free, and usually have a nice chat when cooking dinner.

We are ideally looking for someone who can hang out, but mostly enjoys their own space and is respectful of others in the house and understands flatmates needs for peace and quiet. Preferably prospective flatmates are professionals with ‘regular’ working hours (those working night shifts may not be suitable, but won’t necessarily be ruled out either!).

Bills (council, internet, gas, water and electric) comes to about £100 - 120 depending on season

PLEASE NOTE: The top floor room will be available from mid-September, and the basement floor room will be available from the 1st October
