This is a lovely room in a 8 person houseshare in Cowley. I’ve lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it.

The house is very near bus stops which take you into town (15/20mins). It’s located near Aldi, Tesco and Lidl. The room shares a bathroom with one other person as well as a kitchenette (hob, microwave, mini fridge-freezer and sink) on the same level. Large, bright and tidy open plan living area for a real homely feel. Large shared garden with next door. Landlady who involves you in the selection process if you’re filling rooms in the house to allow for a social atmosphere, where everyone gets along.

No deposit but parental guarantor instead.

This particular room is available from 1st August and then a years contract from 1st September. There are other rooms available in the house, so let me know if you’d be interested.
