Sunny Room in Sociable House

Hi!

I’m looking for someone to replace me in this lovely houseshare just off Cowley Road. I’ve been staying here for the past two years and if I were not moving out of Oxford, I’d have loved to stay here!

The room is located on the ground floor and is completely furnished. It is cosy and has lovely light filtering in through the windows.

The house has a bathroom on the top floor (which you would be sharing with three of the housemates) and a toilet on the ground floor. We have a lovely living space where we like to spend time together. This gives out onto the patio, where a lovely wisteria is in full bloom around May.

The housemates are all lovely (of course!). They’re all professionals with a mix of WFH and office days. We like to hang out together in the evening, watching TV or going to the pub but are also happy to have some time of our own. We’re ideally looking for another female housemate, professional or student. If you are a student, you would still have to pay council tax.
