Room for rent on Divinity Road!!!

Double room available in a friendly, all-girls student house on Divinity Road – available from September

Hi! I’m one of the current tenants in a 6-bedroom house on Divinity Road, right off Cowley Road. We’ve got a double room that may be becoming available from September, and we’re looking for a potential backup in case things don’t work out with our current replacement.

The house is in a great location and will be home to five of us – all girls, going into our second year at Oxford Brookes. We’re a sociable and easygoing group, all involved in uni life and various societies, and we’re hoping to find someone similar to join us if the room becomes available.

To be upfront: we’ve already had someone lined up to take the room, but we’ve run into a few issues, and there’s a chance it may fall through. So this is just a backup plan at the moment – but if you're interested, it’d be great to have someone ready to step in if needed.

Ideally, we’re looking for another student to keep the house as a full student household.

The move-in date is 5th September so it is URGENT, and please note that no one can move in until the deposit and first month’s rent are paid, as per the landlord’s requirements.
