Looking for a 5th flatmate to join our current stunning 5 bed property, in a lovely nook of the city right next Florence Park and loads of shops and pubs a short walk away, with a beautiful big kitchen, big living room, and spacious garden area, with car parking outside of the property too. One shower & bathroom with toilet, plus another separate toilet room downstairs too.
Anybody respectful, clean, tidy, and fun is welcome! (Mainly fun!)
Plus bills and council tax altogether cca £100/mo (council tax band E is £52/mo per person, plus other bills) unlike - most other listings in the area are £150 for bills and then council tax on top! (More like an extra £200 per month!)
