En-Suite Double Room near Cowley Road

Spacious and furnished double room with an en-suite bathroom in a 4-person house. The room is located on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor there is a shared living space, shared kitchen, and garden behind the house. It is located between Iffley Road and Cowley Road, and has great access to public transportation. The Oxford University Sports Center is also very close. The property is in council tax band D. The current tenants are all PhD/DPhil students or young working professionals. I'm looking for someone at a similar point in their educational/working career to take my place in the house. Our ideal tenant is in their late twenties to early thirties, is clean, sociable, and has experience cohabitating with others. The current tenants are relatively social and enjoy cooking together, watching films, and playing card/board games in the evening.
