Sunny double room in beautiful riverside home

Hey!

One of our housemates is leaving (after 6 years here!) and so his room is up for grabs...

A bit about us: Jim and I are cosy home-makers, love a chill vibe and a good laugh. We spend our evenings chatting on the sofa, sometimes watching films on the house projector (massive wall for screenings!), cooking and playing music.

Art, creativity and great conversation are very important to us, and we'd love another kind person to join us in further creating what we call home.

The double room: large double bed available in the room alongside a desk and a built-in floor-ceiling wardrobe. The room itself has 2 double windows, one of which is a pretty bay window - both are South-facing and overlooking our courtyard, so get all the sun all year round (which makes a huge difference in the winter).

The double room is right next to the large shared bathroom (massive floorspace, large walk-in shower) and the staircase up to our beautiful shared open-plan living space... Huge living room with multiple sofas, an antique desk, bookshelves; balcony over the river; large dining room table and chairs, and adjoining open kitchen. Shared fridge/kitchen space, but individual cupboards, and a dishwasher!!

Rent is £610 (largest room in the house!) + bills (incl. council tax band E, which is ~£65pp pm).
