Short term let/House Sitting 2 bed house

Short term let/house sitting whilst we are travelling from October to December.

The house is a cosy 2 bed terraced house in a quiet street just off Cowley Road, 10 mins bike ride to town centre. We are part way through renovating so there are a few half finished bits (e. g. missing skirting boards) so reduced rent because of this.

Start and end date from October to December are flexible if you want to move in with us for a bit before we head off.

Price: £1300 + bills (around £400 per month depending on how much heating you use, including £227 council tax). Deal includes watering the house plants once per week.

We are still working on the front garden but we have a super nice and sunny back garden full of flowers and plants (and tomatoes for now) with back access, a secure shed for the bikes and a fire pit. The sitting room has a big sofa bed and a wood burning stove to stay cosy watching TV. The kitchen has everything you need from cooker, oven to mini dishwasher, washing machine dryer, fridge and freezer. The bedrooms are upstairs: main bedroom has a queen bed and desk while the second bedroom has a pull out day bed . The 3rd smallest bedroom is inaccessible as we will use it for storage.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
We are currently fostering kittens who will move out soon, but please bear this in mind if you are allergic to cats.

The house is located in quiet street off Cowley Road so is very well connected. Bus stop on Cowley Road is 3 mins walk away. Closest corner shop is 3 mins walk away too and bigger shops are 15mins walk away. We will probably leave our bikes so you are welcome to borrow them.
