The East Oxford Health Centre hospital is also close by for any medical needs. There is also Florence Park right next to the house.

You’ll need a UK-based guarantor (renter or homeowner, either is fine) or if you have a job, then your job contract will also work. If you don’t have either, you can still take the room—you’ll just need to pay rent in three-month instalments (i. e., three months’ rent upfront, then every three months thereafter).
