Need a replacement tenant for a studio at Cowley

I need a replacement tenant for my room in Aparto the Spireworks located on Cowley Road, opposite Bar at the Bullingdon. It is a studio apartment with furnitures included. All bills i. e. electricity, water, broadband and gas are included. The property features two open terraces, study room, yoga room, gym, laundry among many other things. It also has indoor games like pool table, foos ball, PS5 and many other card games. It also features a private cinema. No age/gender preference.
