The house itself is spacious with a gorgeous garden with furniture, a shed and a bbq (amazing in summer!). The bathroom is spacious and has a separate shower and bath, the bathroom is shared between 3 other housemates. The rent is £790/ pcm and bills are included! Deposit is £987.5 (5 weeks rent)

You will be living with are truly lovely, kind hearted and incredibly fun. A range of professions, some post-grad and some working full time. We often chat in the kitchen in the evenings but equally all have separate schedules so rarely a full house. I am moving to a different area to reduce my commute to work, a tough house to depart with 💔

The room is on the top floor which gets great light and generally is quite quiet. The room is very spacious with a large built in wardrobe providing a luxurious amount of storage.
