I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my lovely, comfortable room in the heart of Cowley.

The room comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and wardrobe, and stays warm year-round with double-glazed windows. The house has two bathrooms (one recently refurbished with a new shower) and an extra WC — no morning queues!

The living room is bright and cosy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including two large fridge-freezers, a washing machine, microwave, and plenty of storage. There’s also a sunny rear garden that’s regularly maintained.

Housemates are friendly and sociable but also respect privacy and personal space.

15–20 mins to Oxford city centre
