Double room off Cowley road in HMO

I am looking for someone to replace me for the remainder on a tenancy agreement which ends in April 2026 as I am looking for another place with my girlfriend.

I currently share the house with three friends who are all professionals. My share of the rent which we based on room size (largest) is £647.50. All extra bills split 4 ways is £122 each. Total monthly is £769.50

The room comes furnished with a double bed, 3 cupboards, 1 built in and 1 freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawer (not shown in pictures).

There is a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. Bathroom and toilet are both downstairs.

There is a large driveway (I am currently the only one who uses it) and a garden with a lawn.
