Have listed as available from the 16th of December however discussions over this date can take place. At the very latest the room needs to be filled by the 1st of January.

The deposit, the rent share code and proofs of employment income, identity and address would all need to be shared with the lettings agency prior to moving in.

You would be signing for an 8 month tenancy (ending mid August) however under the new renters right act you could choose to end the tenancy from the 1st of July. There would be the option to renew the contract if interested.

Housemates: One female aged 23 (student who also part time works), two professional males (28 and 33).

We do not have designated car parking spaces however parking permits can be purchased via the council very easily and used for this street.

Viewings can be arranged virtually or in person. However, if you intend to bring someone to the viewing please give us notice you intend to do this and only bring one person - it can be a bit overwhelming opening the door and receiving a group of people!
