So sad to be leaving this lovely house, but I am moving in with my partner. We are a house of young professionals who love cooking, climbing, pub trips and are looking for a sociable housemate to join our friendly home. It is a double room available in Cowley from December 1st. The house is just off the Cowley Road with good access to busses and it is just at 10 minute cycle to the city centre. It is within a 15 minute walk of a lidl and a tesco, and lots of great restaurants on Cowley Road.
The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk, office chair, shelves and a huge wardrobe, so lots of space for storage. All bills are included, including a cleaner who cleans communal areas fortnightly. The deposit is 5 weeks rent and a transfer of tenancy fee of £50 is payable at the end of the tenancy.
