The house is conveniently placed, one minute walk to the local pub Jolly Post Boys, 3 minutes walk to Florence Park, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket (Sainsbury’s), Gym, and Cowley Templar Square shopping centre.

It is a short distance from some lovely walks/cycle rides along the Thames Pathway.

The bedroom is a bright double with bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and
Bathroom is on the ground floor, with separate shower cubicle and bath.

The garden is good sized and plenty of spaces for relaxing.

Side entrance to the rear of the garden – where a bicycle can be kept.
Street parking permit is available from the council.
