Lovely En-suite Letting for Short Rent

I am looking for someone to take my En-suite in my flat/house as I am going back home for Christmas! This would be for 2 weeks, from 30 June to 14 July. You can rent for less if needed.

The room is spacious, about 300 square feet, and has a double bed and an attached bathroom. It is located on the second floor and receives excellent natural light throughout the day. It has a desk, a comfy chair, a wardrobe, and a cupboard. You can see the beautiful sunset from the room too!

There are two shared kitchens, each with two fridges and two washing machines, on the ground floor. Cooking ware available for cooking. So you just have to bring your luggage, and it's all set!

We keep the flat clean and have regular cleanups (usually on weekends).

We are happy to have anyone join us; you do not need to join in the socialising in the house if you don't want to, but you are very welcome to!

Price-wise, the room is £800/month, and all bills (gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, council tax, band E) are included.

The location is very close to the Tesco and Sainsbury on Cowley Road, with great links to Oxford centre and neighbouring towns. Postcode is OX4 1SQ.
