Room for rent in a 4-bedroom house

We are looking for a friendly easy going housemate (preferably 28+) for a house of four. The room is a spacious double with plenty of light and storage. The room overlooks the garden.

The house has a large living room with a lovely garden - perfect for catching the sun when it’s out. The kitchen dining area is well equipped and spacious . There are two shared bathrooms.

Location is ideal- close to public transport, shops and parks.

We are seeking someone who is generally clean and tidy, & respectful of communal spaces.

The current flatmates are very friendly & helpful. The home runs smoothly, and we all get on very well. We are looking for someone like minded that respects privacy but also likes to share a glass of wine and dinner from time to time.

There is a place to lock a bicycle at the back of the house and a shared driveway with space for a car out the front.

Move in date is at the beginning of January (but can also be earlier if needed).
