Really nice room in a 5 bed house within a 2 to 3 minute walk to the center of Cowley Road, Oxford.
Room comes furnished with a 3/4 bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
The house comes with a nice sized kitchen, lounge and storage hallway for drying clothes and under stair storage. There is a sizable loft and the house has 2 bathrooms, both with toilet, sink and shower in each.

Kitchen is equipped already with cooker, 2 fridge freezers, air fryer, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. There is a large 6 seater table which extends in length too.

The garden is large and has a lot of space for whatever you put in gardens.
There are seats, tables and a fire pit which is accompanied with fairy lights that surround the garden.

There is also an alleyway which you can store a pushbike down and a front garden which is a small gravel spot.

The hosuemates are students at brookes and are really friendly. We like to socialise and go out but also love a good night in too.
