I’m looking for a lodger for a large, light-filled loft room in my well-furnished terraced house in East Oxford. The whole house is finished to a high standard and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
I am a live-in landlord—a friendly female professional living on the second floor—along with my affectionate Border Terrier.
You’ll have access to a new and clean shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, both used only by you and me. There’s also a private, peaceful garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
This is a quiet home, ideal for someone who values a calm environment. It’s not a party house, and I am looking for someone who won’t be spending long hours cooking in the kitchen. This is very much a lodger arrangement rather than a housemate set-up.
The room is best suited to someone who does not work from home full-time.
The location is fantastic—close to the lovely pubs and cafés of Magdalen Road and all the charm of East Oxford.
