Hello! A single room on Cowley Road in a 6 bedroom house. My partner and I are looking to move out as we have our own place now (other room is also advertised on SpareRoom). All other housemates are very relaxed and fun (except when it comes to cleaning, housemates who leave a mess in the communal areas will find themselves having an intervention).

The rent is £810 a month including bills. The deposit is 5 weeks rent and transfer of tenancy fee of £50 payable at the end of the tenancy.

Your deposit is protected by mydeposits. the house is a fully registered House in Multiple Occupation with Oxford City Council and is regularly inspected, the landlords are Oxford CC Accredited Landlords.
