The room is fully furnished and so is the bathroom. The flat includes also another double room (where I am staying) and a shared, fully-equipped kitchen with a nice living room.

The flat is in a residential area, well-connected to the city centre by several bus lines and close to supermarkets and convenience stores. It also has access to a shared garden and a shared storage space for bikes.

One month rent amounts to 750£, all bills excluded. Council tax is also excluded and to be paid by the tenants.

I am a young professional working as a postdoc at the University of Oxford. An ideal candidate would be a young professional as well, and someone who enjoys a quiet environment and is respectful of shared spaces.
