Double Room Available On Howard Street, Cowley

Hi everyone, I am a 2nd year PhD student in Oxford and will be relocating to Glasgow from the end of January. My double room on the first floor will become available around then for rent.
The current contract will finish on the 31st July 2026, with the possibility of extending. The deposit is 796 pounds. The rent is 690 pounds per month, with all bills included.
The 8-bed house is in a quiet neighbourhood and right next to bus stops on Cowley Road, with easy access to town/the train station/Templars Shopping Park easily. Minutes’ walk to supermarkets, shops and restaurants on Cowley Road. The house has a good mix of working professionals and students. There is one bath and toilet upstairs, one shower and a separate toilet downstairs. Because housemates are usually working during the day, the house doesn’t feel too crowded. The household is very friendly, we have done things together, such as eating out at restaurants, playing badminton, watching movies together, etc. We are also very respectful of each other’s personal space.
