Looking for a new place to call home? We have a cozy double room available in our house share on the park-side of Morrell Avenue in Cowley, in a friendly 4-bed house share.

About the Room

The room is north facing and has an excellent view of the park, with a good work-from-home space. Perfect for someone who enjoys a practical space with a good vibe.
It comes with a double bed, desk, desk chair (not pictured these are the tenants own but the landlord has these items), wardrobe (x1 built in and one freestanding), and the cupboards you see in the photo.

The House

The house is modern, clean, and well-kept, having been updated 4 years ago. It comes with:
• A fully equipped kitchen – with a five-ring gas hob (yes that excited me when I first moved in) – for foodies and casual cooks alike, and a full-sized fridge/freezer
• A cozy living room for movie nights, trash TV and hanging out,
• A dining area (which is currently planted next to trifold doors that fold out onto…
• ….a lovely private garden with BBQ and its own gate into South Park (!!) with a bike shed
• We also have gigabit-speed internet and a cleaner who visits regularly to keep the communal areas tidy.
• An upstairs bathroom and shower, and downstairs second bathroom.

The Housemates

You’ll be living with, Alberto (25), Siena (24), and Marina (26).
One works in the space industry and loves cooking, one works in the hospital and keeps active with dancing and running, one is a journalist who’s an avid reader and also enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Bonus points if you can guess who is who when you meet them.
They’re a friendly and welcoming group who I’ve loved living with over the past years, enjoy catching up over dinner or a drink but also respect each other’s space and routines.

Rent: £805pcm
Bills: Approximately £160pcm, covering utilities, council tax, gigabit-speed internet, and a cleaner who comes in every other week
