Double Room Available in lovely household

Hi!

We are three professionals looking for one more professional or a student (who is happy to share council tax) to join our household. Two of us work as researchers at the University of Oxford, and one works in Cambridge (mostly from home).

We are a close knit and friendly household, and we’re quite sad that one of us is leaving to take up an exciting new position at a college. We woudl love to find someone who would enjoy being part of a warm, welcoming home 😊

We enjoy sharing meals together when our schedules allow and spending time in the garden, but we also respect each other’s space and are equally happy doing our own thing.

The house has five bedrooms; the fifth room is kept as a guest room so friends and family are always welcome to visit. It’s located in a quiet part of the popular Cowley area, just a 5 minute cycle from the city centre. There’s secure bike storage outside the house and a lovely garden with an outdoor table for eating in warmer weather.

Bills are approximately £100 per month, including council tax.
