Fully furnished room for rent in a 2 bed flat

A fully furnished small double / large single room is available in my two-bed flat due to a change in circumstances.
The bed can be expanded into a double if desired.
Rent: £615 per month.

The flat:
Two-bed, one bathroom, open-plan living room and small kitchen (fully furnished and well equipped). The flat has a dishwasher and dryer, which I purchased. One private parking space available.
10-minute walk to ALDI.
15-minute cycle / drive to the JR (around 30 minutes by bus).

Bills:
Bills are not included. Total monthly cost is approximately £800 per person, including council tax, gas & electric, and internet (split 50/50).

About me:
I work in healthcare and am often out for long shifts. I’m a morning person, friendly and easy-going, and enjoy baking, cooking, quiet nights in, and the occasional casual drink. Home is a space I really value for unwinding and recharging.

Looking for:
A kind, respectful flatmate who is clean and tidy, non-smoking (including vapes), pet-free, and happy in a fully furnished flat with relatively minimal belongings (especially kitchen items, as space is limited).
Most of the furnishings and household items are mine, and I’m very happy to share as long as they’re treated with care. I’m also looking for someone comfortable sharing responsibility for the general upkeep of the flat, enjoys a friendly chat now and then, and respects personal space and quiet time. A calm household without lots of guests would suit me best.

It would be lovely (but not expected) to occasionally cook together or watch a film, while still enjoying our own space.
