A few flatmates have moved out recently so we want to a create a nice environment where we cook and watch films together and/or socialise at the pub here and there. We also appreciate our own space but would be lovely to create a warmer atmosphere now we’re in the depths of winter!
We have a huge garden, 2 bathrooms, a cleaner every week and a small sitting room.
Our landlord is very relaxed. There’s no deposit and relatively flexible on short/long term lets.
